Acrylic Landscape Painting with Ernestine Tahedl

Led by Ernestine Tahedl, an internationally recognized artist, and member of the Royal Canadian Academy and Ontario Society of Artists, this acrylic painting workshop will underline the importance of experimentation and demonstrate various techniques that may be applied to landscape compositions. The last afternoon of the workshop will offer an opportunity to have a group discussion and a critical review of the work created during the workshop or another work that the participant would like to present.
The participant are encouraged to bring some research material, sketches ore photographs to be used as a base for the exploration of the landscape theme which will be developed in the studio. Those pre -studies can also be done at the grounds of McMichael at the beginning or during the four day workshop and used as research material for the development of the paintings inspired by landscape executed in the studio. A half an hour lunch break is included. Please bring your own lunch.
