Art & Yoga Classes with Jill Segal

During this innovative class developed by visual artist Jill Segal, participants will be introduced to Gentle Kripalu Yoga, which facilitates connection to the body, relaxation, self awareness and self-compassion. It calms the mind and allows participants to connect to their authentic “Creative Selves”. From this “centered place”, participants will have the opportunity to explore creativity and experience the joy of self expression through drawing, painting, collage and art exploration in a fun filled, non-judgemental environment.
