Colour of the River Running Through Us: Haiku Workshop

Sundays, July 12 and 26, and August 9 3 to 4:30 pm Saturdays, July 18 and August 1 and 15 11:30 am to 1 pm

This participatory outdoor hike/workshop will be led by volunteer community groups that will present various aspects of the human relationship to water and invite the participants to respond in a haiku poem.

Painting Studio, Beginner Class with Lorne McDermott

Tuesdays, 6 to 9 pm September 15 to October 20 (six classes)

This class is designed as an introduction to acrylic and water-based oils. While learning drawing and painting techniques, participants are encouraged to develop a personal voice in painting.
