Culture Days and Doors Open Vaughan

Two FREE admission days to discover the McMichael grounds and collection through behind-the-scenes sessions, curator talks, and guided tours. On Saturday, don't miss our special presentations by local Green Door Teahouse celebrating the British tea tradition with free tea-tasting and on Sunday, meet David McEown and Ben Barak, the artists behind the Art Mentorship Project, a unique collaboration between the McMichael and the York Region Arts Council.

Saturday: Discover the McMichael - If The Walls Could Talk...
Behind-the-Scene Tours, hourly from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Tea Tasting with the Green Door Teahouse, on-going from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Children's Drop-in Art Workshops, on-going from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Curator Talks at 12:30 p.m., 1:30 p.m., and 2:30 p.m.

Sunday: Discover the McMichael - If The Land Could Speak

Family Hike with an Aboriginal Elder at 1:30 p.m.
